One of the ways of decontamination of waste is their thermal decomposition – the decomposition of particles of chemical compounds into smaller particles under the influence of temperature. As a result of pyrolysis, liquid and gas hydrocarbons (pyrolysis fuel and pyrolysis gas) are obtained, and solid charred substances (semi-coke).

The mobile pyrolysis machine can be completely independent of external fuels and energy sources. It can run on its own pyrolysis fuel or gas obtained in the process of recycling waste on the machine.

         

The productivity (estimated) of one Mobile pyrolysis machine of industrial design is from 10 to 45 tons per day, depending on the model of MPM, the type of raw material and its density.

If there is a need to process large volumes, options are considered with the use of several mobile pyrolysis machines in one complex (modular principle).

 

 The technological process can be carried out both in a continuous round-the-clock mode, and in a mode with stops of the processing process, for example, in the absence of raw materials (waste) or if necessary. The equipment can be used for 350 days a year.

 

 

 

 

For maintenance, the machine stops for 4-6 hours a week.
